Services Provided

We design, build, and operate Smart Websites for Australian businesses. A Smart Website is a modern, mobile-first website with five AI-powered capabilities running in the background — Conversation AI, Voice AI Receptionist, Missed-Call Text-Back, Always-On Online Booking, and Review Automation — delivered natively on one platform.

Our services include initial setup, configuration, training, ongoing hosting and tuning, and reactive support during the active subscription. Larger pieces of work — campaign launches, new funnels, custom integrations, and advisory sessions beyond the standard scope — are scoped and quoted separately, and agreed before any work begins.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks
Interfere with the functionality or security of our site

Booking and Services

Smart Website engagements consist of a one-off setup fee and an ongoing monthly subscription. Setup fees are payable at the time of engagement. Monthly subscriptions begin from Month 2 and continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. The full scope, deliverables, and pricing are set out at the time of purchase.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Setup fees are one-off payments collected at engagement. Once build work has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions are payable in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months. If you cancel, the system stops running at the end of the period and your data is no longer actively managed.

We may decline or terminate an engagement where we determine the fit is not right. In such cases, any prepaid amounts for work not yet started will be refunded in full.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We use third-party tools and processors to deliver our services, including GoHighLevel (delivery platform), Google Analytics (performance tracking), Meta (advertising tools), and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these features may be subject to the third parties' own terms and privacy policies.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from GetInFlo (Strategic Investing Solutions Pty Ltd), you agree to the following terms:

SMS Use Cases

We use SMS messaging to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders and rescheduling notifications, and service updates related to your engagement with GetInFlo.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and booking activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GetInFlo is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS messages.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GetInFlo makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages but cannot guarantee delivery, as message transmission is dependent on your mobile carrier and network conditions. Neither GetInFlo nor mobile carriers shall be liable for any damages arising from SMS messaging, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging service is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will promptly remove their information from our messaging list.
